Best for: Weekly, biweekly, or monthly maintenance cleaning. Popular add-ons: Inside refrigerator, Inside oven, Interior windows, Baseboard detail, Blinds, Pet hair/heavy dust, Sheet replacement with clean sheets provided.

Residential Deep Cleaning

A more detailed cleaning designed to reset the home and address buildup beyond regular maintenance. Includes: regular cleaning items plus more detailed attention to baseboards, fixtures, buildup, edges, corners, high-touch areas, and heavier dust.


Best for: First-time clients, Seasonal cleaning, Homes that have not been professionally cleaned recently.

Popular add-ons: Inside refrigerator, Inside oven, Inside cabinets/drawers, Interior windows, Blinds, Heavy condition add-on, Pet hair/heavy dust.

Move-In Cleaning 

Hourly cleaning focused on sanitizing and preparing an empty or mostly empty home before move-in. Includes: kitchen, bathrooms, cabinets/drawers, appliance interiors, floors, windowsills/tracks, interior glass, baseboards, door frames, switches, and surface sanitizing.


Best for: Customers moving into a new home, apartment, rental, or recently purchased property.

Pricing note: Billed at $110 per service hour for the assigned cleaning team.

Move-Out Cleaning

Hourly cleaning focused on removing buildup, grime, grease, and hidden debris after a home has been lived in. Includes: kitchen, bathrooms, appliance interiors, cabinets/drawers, floors, windowsills/tracks, baseboards, door frames, switches, and spot-cleaning accessible scuffs.


Best for: Lease move-outs, home sales, rental turnovers, and post-occupancy cleaning.

Pricing note: Billed at $110 per service hour for the assigned cleaning team.

Commercial Recurring

Cleaning Ongoing office and business cleaning based on the agreed scope, traffic level, frequency, restrooms, and breakroom use. Includes: dusting, trash removal, restroom cleaning, breakroom cleaning, floors, high-touch surfaces, and general reset of common areas.


Best for: Offices, Showrooms, Small businesses, and Commercial spaces needing weekly or multiple-times-per-week service. 

Commercial note: Client provides restock items such as paper towels, toilet paper, hand soap, trash bags, napkins, snacks, and water if applicable. Certificate of insurance available upon request.

Commercial Deep Cleaning 

A detailed commercial cleaning used before recurring service begins or after heavy use. Includes: deeper attention to restrooms, breakrooms, floors, high-touch surfaces, dust buildup, interior glass, entry areas, and common spaces.


Best for: new commercial clients, offices needing a reset, post-event cleanup, or spaces that need to be brought back to maintainable condition.

Restroom & Breakroom Refresh 

Targeted cleaning for the areas that get the most daily use in homes, offices, and commercial spaces. Includes: restroom surfaces, toilets, sinks, mirrors, counters, breakroom counters, tables, sinks, microwave exterior, trash, and floors.


Best for: Commercial touch-up visits, Office maintenance, or add-on service with recurring cleaning.

Post-Party Kitchen Reset 

Extra kitchen help after hosting, parties, gatherings, or events.


Includes: wiping counters, tables, islands, exterior appliances, sink cleaning, spot-mopping, and bagging accessible non-hazardous trash.


Best for: Customers who hosted and need help resetting the kitchen and common areas.

Important note: Does not include washing dishes, Loading dishwashers, Broken glass cleanup, Bodily fluids, Biohazards, or Off-site trash hauling.

  • Inside Refrigerator Cleaning

    Detailed cleaning of the inside of the refrigerator when cleared or reasonably accessible. 


  • Inside Oven Cleaning

    Interior Oven Cleaning


    Oven should be cleared before arrival; if items are inside, we will remove and replace them. 


  • Inside Cabinets & Drawers

    Wiping inside accessible cabinets, drawers, and shelves when emptied or reasonably accessible. 

  • Interior Windows

    Up to 10 Feet Cleaning interior window glass, sills, and tracks for windows safely reachable at 10 feet or less. 


  • Baseboard Detail

    Detailed wiping of accessible baseboards beyond standard dusting. 


  • Blinds Dusting / Wipe-Down

    Dusting or wiping accessible blinds depending on condition and material. 

  • Pet Hair / Heavy Dust

    Add-On Additional time for homes with excessive pet hair, dust buildup, or heavier-than-normal maintenance needs.

  • Sheet Replacement

    We do not launder linens, but we can remove and replace sheets when clean replacement sheets are provided at arrival. 

  • High-Touch Sanitizing

    Extra attention to door handles, switches, counters, handrails, and frequently touched surfaces. 

  • Commercial Restock

    Supply Management Restocking client-provided paper towels, toilet paper, soap, napkins, trash bags, snacks, water, or similar items.

  • Interior Glass / Entry Door Cleaning

    Cleaning accessible interior glass, entry doors, and partition glass up to 10 feet. 

Note: We ask that sinks, counters, floors, and service areas be reasonably accessible before arrival. We do not wash dishes, load dishwashers, launder clothing or linens, move and replace furniture, or handle hazardous/biohazard conditions. For best results, please remove personal items, valuables, clutter, and trash from areas you would like cleaned.
